System Requirements
Simple Accounting for DOS runs on any 100% IBM PC running DOS version 5.0 or greater with 640k of RAM. The program requires at least 5 meg of free hard disk space to install and at least 10MB of disk space for each year of saved transaction history after that. Simple Accounting is compatible with all major networks from Artisoft, Novell and IBM. The price includes unlimited users per single server. Additional server licenses are $399.00 each.

What About Microsoft Windows®?
Simple Accounting is compatible with both MS-Windows 3.1 and MS-Windows95, provided it can execute in a DOS box of at least 550k RAM. We do not, however, recommend using  Simple Accounting for DOS as part of a Windows for WorkGroups or Windows95 based network. If you need to run on a network over Windows, we recommend selecting either Artisoft's LANtastic for Windows, or Novell Netware as your network operating system.

All Simple Accounting products are $1,995.00 for single user and $2,495.00 for multi-user versions. Standard S&H is included. Please allow five business days to process your order. Overnight shipping is available for $20.00 extra.

Our payment terms are American Express®, Company check, or C.O.D. Company Check for first time customers. (There is a $4.50 handling charge on all C.O.D.s.)  We do not process your payment until your order ships.

Warranties
All hardware is unconditionally warranted against defects in manufacture for at least two years from date of purchase regardless of the manufacturer warranty. Software is warranted to be free from physical defects for ninety days, subject to replacement of original materials. All Simple Accounting modules (except Evaluation Kits) are sold with a thirty day money back guarantee. Simply return all materials to us within thirty days of delivery for a full refund, less shipping charges.

Program Updates
Suntower Systems is committed to constantly improving the features and quality of its products. All modules are updated regularly, incorporating new features, and correcting known errors. New Customers are entitled to free minor updates for one year from date of purchase. Major Updates are made available for a small fee to all users regardless of the version you may be currently using. RSS subscribers automatically receive updates free of charge.
