New For Version 4.1!

SAFE just keeps getting better and better! Check out some of the over 60 new features in version 4.1!

Sales Orders And P.O.s!

More Flexible Commission Calculations!

You wil now be able to permanently lock calculated commissions on Sales Orders. Changes to underlying formulas, can therefore, be prevented from affecting prior orders.

Inventory And Forms Management!

Numbering By Site!

You will be able to enter the starting number for each Site on a particular Product. For example, an order of checks, shipped to five locations, can now be tracked with a separate starting and ending number for each branch.

Note: This may require redrawing your Purchase Order Sheet in order to take full advantage.

Imprinting By Site!

You will be able to enter separate Imprinting information for each Site on a particular Product. For example, a single order of business cards may be shipped to three individuals with separate imprinting tracked for each individual.

Note: This may require redrawing your Purchase Order Sheet in order to take full advantage.

Product Categories!

Four levels of Categories let you create tiered catalogs for your customers. Categories are particularly useful with Ollie! for fast end-user ordering!

Accounting Functions!

Improved Handling Of Pre-Payments!

You can now add pre-payments multiple pre-payments to Sales Orders. So if you have a large order which you will not bill until a schedule of customer payments have been met, you can now review and new payments directly from the Sales Order Browse!

New Reports!

A 12 Month Comparative Trial Balance is now standard. This makes it easy to see the progress of sales and expenses over the course of any accounting year. It also is very easy to export to a spreadsheet for further analysis!

Quick Company Summary!

Single screen showing daily, monthly and yearly totals of key business indicators such as sales, A/R, A/P, Cash and Inventory at a glance!

Complete G/L Audit Trail Undo!

A complete change record of all G/L Transactions is now made when you select the Keep Record Of Voids option! Each time you edit a source transaction, such as an A/P Bill, for example, the old version is reversed in the G/L and a new version is written. Upside: a more complete audit trail. Downside: uses more disk space.

Miscellaneous!

Faster Loading Over Networks!!

SAFE loads several times faster now over a network!

Improved Error Reporting!

Run time errors and Oops! messages are now much more informative. Each message is also logged to a standard text file to aid tech support. And, if you receive an error message, you can instantly e-mail the complete error log to our support staff for faster resolution!

Improved Documentation! Step by step instructions for a number of common tasks are now included in the on-line help.
