| Post Art To A/P Independent Of Product Costs! | You can now post art independently of product when shipping sales orders. <IOW>, you can post the vendor's invoice for art before the bill for product comes in, without having to go into A/P. | |
| Easier To Use Sales Order Entry! | The line item entry screen was re-drawn to allow for more Ship Tos to be viewed at one time. Notes have been moved to a button which opens a separate window. The Sales Order Notes are activated by right-clicking on the sales order browse. You may now edit all these notes at any time. Even after the job has been invoiced! | |
| Print Reorder P.O.s With Or Without Specs! | You can now choose whether or not to print the specs for a PO. In other words, if you are ordering multiple items, and they are all reorders, you can elect to group them on a single Stock PO sheet. | |

Postal Codes Now Includes Area Codes! |
The Postal Codes table now supports Area Codes. Area codes typed in here will automatically populate phone numbers when entering customers, vendors or contacts. You can also use this in tele-marketing to group territories by postal code or area code. You can purchase a program called Area Code Fix from Corex (www.corex.com, the makers of CardScan 300(r)) which will automatically fill in the area codes for you. |

| Improved Reports | The Employee Totals Report has been re-designed to allow you to see the number of orders over a given time period, plus the commission earned during these periods. | |

How To Obtain This Upgrade |

| 1. | To obtain this upgrade, go to www.suntowersystems.com/downloads/safeee/setupex.exe Run this program on your server. |
| 2. | There are new passwords for this upgrade. Your existing
installation password will not work! Please contact us for an updated password. |
| 3. | If you have any custom forms from Suntower Systems do not run SETUP until you have received updated forms from us! |
| 4. | It is critical that you backup your complete SIMPLE
folder before you run SETUP. |
| 5. | When you run SETUP, read the installation options carefully so as not to overwrite any existing data! Install only the Program and no data files besides the Sorts and Filters! |
| 6. | As we have been saying: you will not be eligible for this upgrade if your RSS subscription is not current. You will be charged an additional $180.00 to upgrade to SAFE 3.3 from SAFE 3.2 if your support contract is not current by November 10,2000. If your version of SAFE has not been upgraded to Version 3.3 by January 1, 2001, you will be charged an additional upgrade fee to receive version 4.0. |
