New Order Status Options! |
New 'Packed', 'Shipped' and 'Locked' order status codes give you more control over the workflow of each order. For example, not only inventory, but also A/P can be updated when a product is shipped. An order may also be locked from further editing before billing. |

True By The Carton Buying And Selling! |
SAFE will support separate Buy/Sell units of measure. So you will now be able to inventory (buy) your products in one unit of measure and sell them in another. This means that you can now enter sales order quantities in carton units or standard U/M (1000's, ea.) and you will be able to mix and match selling '5 cartons' or '3,500'. So you'll be able to buy by the thousand and sell by the carton. For example, you will be able to enter 5 cartons or 10,000 when ordering a product. SAFE will automatically calculate the correct per thousand pricing and costs for you and your customer. |

Lot Control! |
You can now track inventory by lot. Lots will be considered unique based upon vendor invoice. In other words, each invoice you receive will be considered a separate lot. Each lot will maintain its own cost in SAFE and being assignable to up to two dozen bin locations. |

More Flexible Tagging! |
Tagged records (invoices, A/P bills) will no longer be seen by other users (with the Security Extensions you can override this so one person sees ALL tagged records.) Plus you'll be able to tag items for different purposes. For example, a RED tag might mean a sales order marked for invoicing, a green tag, a sales order marked for printing packing slips. You won't be able to accidentally print invoices for items you meant to tag for packing slips! |
