Simple Accounting just keeps getting better and better. But SAFE EE isn't just any update!

	Multipled Warehouses Per Item!	Finally! You will be able to track the on site quantity of a product across an unlimited number of customer ship to addresses. You will also be able to store products at an unlimited number of your own warehouses. You will also be able to store product at an unlimited number of vendor warehouses. Finally, you will be able to easily transfers from one warehouse to another.
	Multi-Phase Bills Of Materials!	At last! You will be able to enter a single sales order with multiple job phases. Enter all the places your job needs to go to be produced (first to get the base stock, then to be crash printed or embossed, then to be bound---you get the idea). Then press one key to print your P.O.s. When you do, you will be able to specify that phase #1 (the base stock) is to be shipped to phase #2 (the embosser) and so on. When you print the customer invoice, all costs are sent to A/P, but are linked to the single sales line item for which your customer is billed!
	Eight (8) Included Purchase Order & RFQ Formats!	We now include eight product specific ordering and quote forms suitable for printing or faxing! (Purchasing all eight previously would cost over $1,200! Each is optimized for a specific type of form and product, including: Ad Specialties Business Cards Continuous/Unit Sets Envelopes Flat Sheets Free-Form Labels Office Products The free-form format has been especially awaited as it allows you to essentially create your own blank sheet for each product.
	Intelligent Forms Management Counting!	A number of new features will help prevent invalid counts. For example, if a count is entered which throws the product into negative usage (indicating a previous release was missed), WinSAFE will ask the user if a release should automatically be entered for the difference. When the vendor's invoice arrives, you will be able to link the invoice to this release automatically.
	Automated Releases!	You will now be able to enter an order once (say for a million forms you are warehousing for a customer) and have SAFE automatically remind you to generate a release for 100,000 on the tenth of every month!
	Intelligent Data Entry!	On several screens, lookup browses will not only prevent you from entering incorrect data, but now will help you select the right data! For example, when entering a request for quote on a label, only vendors which specialize in labels will appear on your screen!
	Unlimited Cost Centers Per Customer!	You will be able to specify an unlimited number of cost centers for each customer site and link them to similar cost centers in other locations. For example, every bank branch may have a loan department. WinSAFE will allow you to track usage for the loan department at one branch or for all loan departments at all branches!
	*True By The Carton* Purchasing!**	All transactions (sales orders, purchases, F/M counts, etc.) will be entered in their actual quantity (per thousand) or by carton. For example, you will be able to enter 5 cartons or 10,000 when ordering a product. WinSAFE will automatically calculate the correct per thousand pricing and costs for you and your customer.
	True Forms Cataloging!	You will be able to set up a forms catalog for each user (defined in your Contacts browse) and print usage reports for each user's catalog. Better still, each client will be able to log onto WebSAFE and get instant access to just the forms they use!
	300 Hundred Included Queries!	We will include a greatest hits of pre-defined queries. These may be all the queries most users will ever need!
	12 Month Reports!	You can now print sales history and forms management reports that give you month by month results for any product, customer or salesperson! These reports let you easily compare the results of one month with the same month in the prior year.
	Seasonal Usage Calculations!	You can now mark forms for a percentage of expected usage within a given season. This
	Adjustment Counts!	Counts may now entered which update on hand and on site quantities but which do not affect usage calculations.
	Easier RFQs!	You will be able to enter specs for an RFQ without actually adding this to your products list. You will also be able to quote one-off prospects and not just established customers. If the quote is accepted, the program will automatically create the necessary customer and product data for you from your RFQ!
	Add Unlimited E-mail Attachments To Every Product and Purchase Order!	You will be able to link an unlimited number of files to a product. These files may include graphics files, page layout files, fonts, and other supporting documents. When e-mailing a PO to a plant, you will be able to send all these as attachments.
	Built-In Product Specific Purchase Orders!	You will now have access, out of the box, to seven product specific purchase order and request for quote formats. These are as follows: - Business Cards - Checks - Cut Sheets/Continuous - Envelopes - Flat Sheets - Labels - Office Products
	Faster Customer & Contact Searches!	You can now specify the search name for each customer or contact in the browse. This means that if you have a customer named 'The Mutual Insurance Company' you can search by typing 'Mutual' or have a contact 'Dr. Stephen Smith, Neurology Clinic' and see that name in the 'S's instead of the 'D's.
	Default Tabs!	In addition to saving the size and position of your favorite windows, Simple Accounting will now save your favorite tab choices and some column sizes (more on the way!). If you prefer to look up customers by ID, but your co-workers prefer to look them up by name, WinSAFE will remember that and bring up the browses that way each of you prefer!
	Enhanced Print Options!	We've added a lot of functionality to printing. These seem like small things until you try them! Select your printer at print time for any report! Select a range of pages (or just the current page) to print. Select collation on or off for any report! This means that if you have an inkjet printer that prints face-up, you won't have to re-shuffle the pages on a long report after printing--Simple Accounting will automatically print them in the proper order, so page one prints last (on top!) Print any report to a delimited file, perfect for exporting to spreadsheets! Select e-mail as your print destination and send the print preview graphics or a text version of any report to anyone in your contact browse!
	Built In Zip Code Database!	Our Zip Code Database Option (a $199.00 option) is now included with Simple Accounting at no extra charge. This means you'll never have to enter a city or state field again! Simply enter the zip code and Simple Accounting automatically plugs in the correct city and state for you. Works in all data entry screens requiring an address. Saves typing!
	Enhanced Business Reminders!	Our Business Reminders calendar now adds the following features: 1. You can be reminded to take a count at a particular customer on a given day every month. 2. You can automatically be reminded to pay all bills due within a certain range of dates and (if you confirm this) SAFE will automatically tag the items to be paid and generate the checks. 3. You can automatically be reminded of releases that need to generated today.
	Batch Reporting!	You will now be able to tag reports (with all options) as part of a set and print the entire set of reports whenever you need to with one keystroke!
	Query-Based Financial Reports!	You can now print financial statements by department, or division. If you have remote offices, you can easily set up your chart of accounts to print income statements for each location.
