Fax: (206)-878-0148. There is no charge for a fax back response to most questions.

Remote Support Service™: Subscribe to our yearly RSS service contract (including a free copy of award-winning Close-Up™ communications software). This service allows us to actually run your software on your machine, from our offices, via remote control. This is by far the best way to support SAFE. It allows us to handle problems first hand. We can provide on-line training sessions and solve tough problems fast. You won't use RSS often, but when you do, it's good to know you have it! We feel very strongly about this service, and evidently so do our customers: ninety five percent of our subscribers renew RSS year after year!
